Missed school yesterday coz of a real super painful migraine. Lotsa things apparently happened while I wasn't around; one of which is that I supposedly won 1st prize for this on the spot short story writing contest. It's not that I'm not glad about the whole winning bit, but... I wasn't exactly happy with what I wrote and right now, I'm really curious why I even won at all. I mean, even I didn't like what I've written, so how can other people do? Know what I mean?

Ah well... a win's a win. Wasn't there for the photo op though... sucks to be sick.
