Ever since watching that Iron Chef episode where they featured bellpeppers, I've been absolutely crazy about them. Wish I could find the other kinds here but really, all we have are the green and red kinds. It is true... I love the red one better than the green. Green's a bit too bitter while the red's just right and sweet.
