Bought this on the 27th.



It has shounen-ai themes but nothing explicit so far, the art's okay (hey, CLAMP made it so what do you expect?) and so far the plot and premise is the usual CLAMP magical mystical whatnot. Am not sure if I would buy the next volumes though they only had Vol 1 & 2 available at Comic Quest. Am not that hooked on the plot line to complete the series... maybe if I have extra money and no other manga/book to purchase?

And yeah, I went to the GMA again without telling you guys; deal with it. My mom was with me and we went shopping at Quiapo, Divi, and various malls.

Gah... monthly cycle makes me grumpy as hell.

Only bought Volume 1 since I ran out of money by the time I got to Powerbooks ^^0 Still can't believe I spent around 5500php just buying assorted printed materials all in one day...

What's with all the Medical magazines, you ask? We have this requirement for our RLE to pass a current trend about whichever topic we were discussing. Bought all the magazines I could find about health and medicine so I won't have to go out and buy more (coz we're required to pass a current trend report & reaction every week). This way I can do this assignment hassle-free and earlier...

Woow... can you believe I'm actually THIS responsible when it comes to schoolwork?! Heheh, I can still remember the time when I couldn't be caught dead studying coz it would just ruin my so-called reputation of being a easy-go-lucky coed. Hahah... how things changed once I started nursing. Wahhhh...

Wow, December na nga?!

Nick has asked me twice to draw him; I’d love to but I can’t, not because I’m not in the mood to draw but because instead of drawing his face like he asked me, I want to draw his hands. Yes, his hands. He has these very nice hands that I just wish I could capture in a sketch. They’re very masculine despite being long, slender and somewhat delicate-looking. I heard he’s a pianist so maybe that’s why his hands look the way they do; but whatever the reason, I just seriously wish I could ask him to pose for me. Maybe I would ask him when I get to know him a bit longer coz right now it would just be weird. Hmm... then again maybe I could settle for drawing him a bit like this: (pic from http://jo-chen.com)



Of course it’ll just be a sketch... Maybe... I’ll see what I can do. He was already kinda willing to pose, I just wasn’t trying to draw his hands at the time. But I really can’t find it in me to actually ask him to model for me... hay. Whatever.

I watched Cry Wolf with Lucia and Teltel last Saturday. Jon Bon Jovi was in it, he was the only familiar face in the entire cast ^^0 I used to be a HUGE fan of his band back in 1992. Funny thing is, I didn’t even know he was going to be in the movie coz we decided on what we watched by tossing a coin (it was a choice between said movie and Chicken Little heheh ^^0). Did I like it? Well, no. Not really. You could figure out who the ‘wolf’ is easily enough and at the risk of sounding repetitive, the plot’s just too cliché! It’s in line with the ‘Scream’ series or the ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ movies that were so popular a while back.

I wanna watch Pirates of the Caribbean 2!!! Wonder when it will be out? Bought a copy of “The Village” and “King Arthur” just coz I felt like it. Should really be saving up for some more Nursing books, particularly for Pathophysiology, Medical-Surgical Nursing, and Nursing Care Plan but can’t seem to help myself from buying those. It’s just 200php anyway... but still, I should stop buying things so impulsively.

Hey, Aldrin, we have HERO already on our cable provider. Didn't even know it was already there if Rodel didn't mention it yesterday, saying they started airing it since last Sunday. Shit, they removed the Real Madrid Channel... there goes my only way to see Iker Casillas on a daily basis. *sigh* Still wondering if our cable provider'll be kind enough to put back the Lifestyle Channel, ETC, AXN, Cinemax, and Hallmark, as well as air Animax. Btw, Belated Happy Birthday!!! Got so busy I totally forgot to greet. Been remiss on greeting people on their birthdays lately... hay.

Aileen: Thanks again for the ebooks. Meron ka pang iba? Heheh, am too cheap to buy the actual books kasi ang mahal na sobra ngayon e. Unless I really like the story I try not to buy books from Natio anymore, usually sa BookSale na lang pero hate having to go through tons of romance novels just to find one worthwhile book.
